Prized Koroneiki olives are carefully chosen from 100-year-old, family-farmed groves in southern Greece. After early harvesting, the olives are cold-pressed within 48 hours then tested and graded before bottling, resulting in a superior quality extra virgin olive oil, rich in antioxidants.
Herbaceous, grassy and aromatic, this mild, flavourful oil ends with a peppery lift.
